Sweet Things to Say to Your Girlfriend

I feel empty without you

Empty Room, Window

Sometimes (well, these times, quite often) you get separated and you are forced into a long distance relationship. Thanks God, we have Internet right? However, when it comes down to talking, sometimes it feels like I have nothing to say for my girlfriend, even though I miss her a lot.

All you need is a good beginning. I feel empty without you – is quite a good start to make her feel missed and to start a small talk about your feelings.

I ran out of stars…

Traveling stars

If you cannot spend as much time as you would like with your girlfriend, then most likely you will be missing her like hell (she will be, as well). And, of course, you will want to let her know how you feel. However, how many times can you say “I miss you” without sounding boring?

Instead of saying simple things in the simple way (which in most cases works just fine, but…), you could be more creative… Next time you will meet your girlfriend, instead of saying that you miss her, say: Last night I looked up into the stars and matched each one with a reason why I love you. I was doing great untill I ran out of stars…

Not only you will let her know that you were thinking about her… you will make her feel special! And most likely, she is!

About Sweet Things to Say

www.sweetthingstosay.net was started as a challenge for myself (Adam) to come up with new sweet things to say to my girlfriend everyday. I thought it is hard to say something sweet, but not to repeat yourself for a longer period of time. However, boy I was wrong. It is getting easier and easier with each day.

About Authors

Adam (adam@sweetthingstosay.net) – that’s me. All the stuff I am writting here, I have already told to my girlfriend, or I am going to tell. I love really love her and I started to enjoy this mission of sweet things to say.

Eve – in order for these tips not to be only from “boy’s point of view”, sometimes Eve drops a few lines here as well.

In time there will be more authors. If you would like to join us, or if you would like to share you very own sweet thing to say, please leave a comment on the blog. Thanks!
