Let her win
Do you play any board games together or with friends?
I am not really fond of these games, however my girlfriend is. And sometimes she is really insisting of playing chess, or whatever other game two of us could play. One important thing I have noticed - she wants to win, no matter what (as usually, all girls like winning, right?).
So, even if you are a master of the game - do yourself a favor. Let her win.
I am not saying, that you should always lose (that would hurt our ego, right boys?), however by letting her sometimes win, you will be winning her affection.

It’s kind of misogynistic to assume you’d need to let her win. My girlfriend is just as smart as me and poses a threat at any intellectual game. Of course, she’ll never beat me at Foosball, and I’ll never let her!
She’d figure it out in a heartbeat and feel insulted as a result.

Matt, I can only partially agree with your opinion.
As you said, you are quite good in foosball, which means there is no way she could even compete with you. If you will not give her a headstart (I’m am not suggesting you to lose completely), the game will not be any fun. But, if you will let her win (even if it is only a little), then you will have to try harder to win at the end. And then it will be more enjoyable for both of you.

ok this is the thing, i have been going out with my girlfriend for two years now and i have learned one thing. always beat her in every single game! that will make her wanna practice and try even harder the next time. last christmas i bought her a wii and she has never won once. however, every night before sex she asks me to play her. as a result of me kicking her ass i get a free blowjob.
