Hey guys ive been writing a few poems and things for my GF who is currently 5000 miles away, i had a mixed review from her about my stuff, but after this poem……. well have read i think its pretty good and i know my GF loved it.
MY ANGEL
Some people believe there is a one,
The one who shows their path to the sun.
A person they believe makes them complete,
The one who will support them when facing defeat
My Angel.
‘You are my angel’, my one and only
My forever love, so I’ll never be lonely.
You’ve brought me to life, and with all your love and care
Have made me see and realise how rare . .
It is to meet your angel or lifetime one
Through you and your heart, my life has finally begun.
What you have done is illuminated my soul
Its you and your heart that have made me whole.
The feel of your love, your soft touch and caress,
We hold each other so close, your heart beats in my chest.
All that I have now, I have felt missing before
And although I love you today, tomorrow it will be more.
You have opened my heart and held it so dear,
“You are my angel, my one” and i know there is nothing to fear.
